Event overview
It has been almost three years since the world of work was plunged into an impromptu mass experiment of remote working.
Home offices were created, tech evolved to bridge the distances, and employees embraced this newfound level of flexibility. But how would we assess this monumental change now?
Flexibility has come to mean more than just where we work. The new hybrid dilemma means balancing productivity and well-being. It’s about having the autonomy to choose, to build a culture that allows everyone to do their best work and not feel constricted. We're only at the beginning of this new dawn. Creating true flexibility in a workplace isn’t easy, it requires iteration, development, and discussion.
In this edition of SocialTalent Live, we’re bringing together global CPOs and leaders of HR and talent to give their perspectives on flexibility in the workplace in 2023. We’ll look at its role in employee engagement and retention, its impact on employee productivity and business performance, and how flexibility can affect well-being and inclusion. We’ll also examine how leaders need to respond to the changing workforce.

Work does not exist in a vacuum. Employees face lots of challenges and companies and leaders need to meet these challenges head-on and focus on moving forward rather than automatically defaulting to the way things were.
With a rising demand for flexible work, the focus should be on listening to employee needs in order to attract and retain top talent, and continue to grow as an organization.
Work-life balance and flexible work arrangements will continue to be top drivers for talent for years to come. It’s no longer about where an employee works, but looking at flexibility as an opportunity for growth, thinking outside the box, and going above and beyond to ensure employees are thriving, not just surviving, and are fully enabled to do their best work.
Who is this event for?
Aimed at other CPOs, CHROs, Heads of Talent, and leaders within HR and TA , this event brings together expert voices from this sphere to discuss how to make flexible workplaces work for your organization and share advice about balancing productivity, motivation, engagement, and well-being in a hybrid work era.
What will I learn?
Our goal is to facilitate discussion about the different flexible work strategies including hybrid, remote, or return-to-office initiatives, and all other aspects of flexibility in the workplace, as well as share practical advice on how to promote inclusion, company culture, connection, and well-being.
Through a series of industry expert panels and a dedicated fireside chat, we’ll deep dive into the major themes impacting workplaces, discover how you can enact meaningful change, and explore the success stories and ambitions of other leading organizations.
“Many of the boundaries that used to provide the structure of work have been dismantled. Now, those that remain are more focused on human dynamics, and how people engage with work.”
