The Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) was launched last week with a detailed 2018 report on how different countries can attract and retain talent.
The GTCI has been profiling the talent attraction and growth opportunities of countries since 2013. 190 countries and 90 cities providing extensive data on how the recruitment industry operates on a global level.

The report ranks countries on their ability to attract, grow and retain talent and the interactive table ranks the countries overall and then according to each of the categories.
So what does the future look like when it comes to talent? Well, the findings from the report indicate that diversity is the way forward and countries that don’t make an effort to boost their diversity results.
