SocialTalent offers three licensing options around the three personas that we cater to: Recruiter, Interviewer and Candidate.
Recruiter is ideal for new and experienced recruiters as well as recruiting leaders looking to build a culture of hiring excellence - with access to 100+ Recruiter, Interviewer and Hiring Manager learning paths.
Interviewer is ideal for upskilling hiring managers, interview panelists, and anyone involved in your interview process - with access to 50+ Interviewer and Hiring Manager learning paths.
Candidate is ideal for organizations looking to enhance their hiring processes by upskilling their candidates - with access to the candidate prep learning paths for interviewees.
The Starter, Team or Enterprise pricing plans are tailored to the size of your deployment and customer success needs. Simply choose the plan that meets your needs and add additional licenses as you are ready to do so.

To ensure our Team and Enterprise customers get up and running quickly with SocialTalent, we offer a range of additional service packs. Please contact our sales team here for more information.
There are no onboarding fees for Starter users. Licenses are created immediately and login details are shared with users who can self-onboard.
Team and Enterprise customers are billed on an annual basis, as part of a multi-year contract. Prices are per user, per year (or per organization per year for our Enterprise solution) and are billed annually. There is no monthly payment option.
The initial contracted subscription period is a minimum of 24 months for our Team and Enterprise plans. Customers can also subscribe for a longer contract period with associated discounts. At the end of the agreed contract period, customers can extend their subscription or opt out of the service.
Team and Enterprise customers are invoiced annually. Payment is typically by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or credit/debit card (with an associated fee).
Starter is priced on a per-seat basis and is billed annually. There is no monthly payment option. The subscription period for the Starter is a minimum of 12 months. Customers can access the Starter with a debit or credit card immediately online or choose to receive an invoice (for companies purchasing for 3 or more users only).
Users can explore all of the content within the training libraries that they have access to on the SocialTalent platform.
Note: For Candidate, the users (i.e. candidates) are limited to 30 days.
Team and Enterprise users are typically assigned to a Learning Paths by their organization and can access any other content within their library at any time. Users can rewatch content to refresh their skills as many times as needed while they are subscribed.
Licenses may not be shared between users; each license is assigned to a specific user and their learning experience. Organizations receive a license pool that corresponds with the number of licenses purchased.
We can support integrations with several leading LMS/LXPs (Workday, SuccessFactors and more) for Enterprise customers only. All integrations require a scoping consultation with a member of our sales team and typically have an associated cost.
Team and Enterprise customers can also avail of SSO. We provide documentation that outlines the steps needed to set up single sign-on. There is no associated cost with SSO.
