How Avanade created a culture of hiring and inclusion
Challenge:
After leveraging SocialTalent to upskill recruiters, Avanade wanted to expand the scope of learning to anyone involved in interviews. Their aim was to build a culture of hiring, broaden the talent pool, champion inclusion, and create incredible candidate experience.
Approach:
Avanade used a structured, top-down approach to help build awareness of SocialTalent learning and boost user adoption. Their dedicated team launched ‘License to Hire’ in small pilot groups, tracked reports, and made the learning a mandate for anyone involved in interviewing.
Business Impact:
Avanade and SocialTalent’s ‘License to Hire’ program was an overwhelming success. Since its launch, there are already over 7,600 employees certified, while 98% agree that the SocialTalent content will have a positive impact on their hiring. It has increased their interviewer talent pool by an incredible 400% and also helped the company deliver on 40% female hiring globally.
